1. Early communication
Customers tell us by phone, email and QQ what kind of products we need to customize, including product shape and structure, characteristics and uses (soft, hard, transparent, environmentally friendly food grade, anti-aging and weathering resistance, flame retardant), color spraying, etc., so that our company can recommend the best raw materials for you and effectively reduce mold opening costs and product costs.

2. Mold Contract
The customer had good communication in the early stage, and the company informed the customer of the mold steel, mold cavity number, mold cost, product price, and provided the customer with the most cost-effective price. Both parties signed a friendly contract for mold production and plastic part production, and the customer paid a deposit of 50% -70%. Our company began production.

3. Design drawings
After the customer pays, the design team begins to design 3D drawings, with a production cycle of 7 days. Through the 3D drawings, the customer can most intuitively see the model of their designed product and check whether the structure is correct or not.

4. Confirm drawings
After the customer reviewed the 3D drawings and confirmed their accuracy, they informed the company in text form (email, QQ chat, WeChat chat) and we began producing the molds.

5. Mold manufacturing
Purchase mold steel, CNC roughing, mold quenching, mold rough machining, mold precision carving, mold electrical discharge, mold deep hole machining, mold assembly, mold trial to produce rough samples. The completion cycle of this series of programs is 20-60 days (specific time depends on mold size and structure, to be negotiated separately)

6. Initial sample
After the rough sample is produced from the mold trial, check whether the appearance is correct, the structure is accurate, and the size tolerance is allowed. If there are any problems, solve them. If there are no problems, retest the mold and process the final qualified sample (select suitable materials according to customer requirements, adjust the color, and make the final sample)

7. Purchase Contract
After the successful sample is sent to the customer, the customer confirms the sample in text form (email, QQ chat, WeChat chat)

8. After sales service
The company provides lifelong after-sales service for all cooperative customers free of charge, including mold maintenance, mold repair, small-scale mold modification, 3D drawing modification, and all technical consulting services.
