Before a 355 mm lattice plastic spool enters service, basic checks should cover the spool body, equipment fit, winding preparation and subsequent handling.
Inspect the spool.Check the flanges, barrel, reinforcing structure and bore for cleanliness and visible damage. Any obvious deformation should be isolated for review.
Confirm winding conditions.Verify the machine shaft, installation space, drive method and wire requirements. After a trial fit, observe rotation and traversing before regular winding.
