Before a 400 mm combined plastic spool enters service, its components, assembly, equipment fit and handling conditions should be checked together. A complete inspection is still required after assembly.
Inspect each component.Check the flanges, barrel, bore and connection areas for cleanliness, deformation, damage or foreign material that could affect assembly.
Verify assembly and equipment fit.Confirm the connections, machine shaft, drive method and installation space. A trial fit and low-speed run can help assess rotation and traversing.
